Resignation from my colleagues
Some how shocking news to heard that Hui Min had finally decided to tender no matter .... No matter how hard they tried to persuade her and to find out what had causing her to make this decision but she just won't speak out....but more or less everyone knew that is not a one or 2 days event that triggered her decided to resign.I think she really probably tired of our dept, environment ..etc reason too stress ....causing her having sleepless night everyday,and this job really had causes her health to deteriorated...maybe it is really better for us to let her free ...
Hopefully, she can find a better environment and colleagues....
