Dear fetch me from work and we head to "Charles & Kieth" warehouse sale ...On our way, we encountered a nasty taxi-driver who does not want to give way to us when we had give signal of the intention to change lane as we need to turn right. Instead the taxi driver increase his speed so dear also did the same but we manage to change to the right lane...and the taxi driver honked loudly at us from the back nearly knocked onto us !!! and dear show up his middle finger when the taxi driver drove pass us !!! So scary as I don't wish to encounter another road accident again....Sigh....
It was very crowded at the warehouse sale although it will be closing in an hour time..Handbags,belts , wedges, high heels, sandal n boots were all on sale but all are past season items yet it still attracting lots of customer from purchasing it due to the reasonable prices. Really regretted that I can't fit any of the boots even it already size 40 as it were selling at $2o each only !!! In the end, I purchased a stained white handbag (but cleanable) @ $15 , a purple belt @ $8 and a black sandal @ $20...The sandal is the most no reasonable items i had purchased from the sale as normally it would cost ard $19.90 only !!!
After that we rushed down to Isetan Scotts for Wacoal sale to have a look but none fitted me too .... then dear brought me to Gelyang to have durian since i had been craving for it for days...so the greedy side of me wanted to have a good durian (Mao shan Wan) instead of 3 for $10...and never expected that the one and only one durian we had eaten less than half an hour Which weighted 2.8kg would costs us $60 !!! Luckily I had brought sufficient money else will be very embarrassed ... but down the road home from gelyang then i realized that others stall seem to be selling by qty rather than weight ..the same durian we had they are selling like one for $15 although it smaller but i still feel cheated !!! The reason was because when I asked the sale person the cost of the durian we had chosen he only mutter 2.8kg and say eat first pay later !!! If i knew that it would cost us $60 i rather eat choose a smaller size or other types !!!
Durian for dinner isn't able to satisfy my stomach so we shared a bowl of "liang tou fu" beehoon at my area ....After meal, we had a long chat at the park near my home till 12plus before heading home... Dear is really clever as he manage to memories and sing one of the Korean song "Romeo & Julie" from clazzique... Sighs... not like me who can't even catch the right pronoun-cation even from the lyrics... see how untalented i am !!! sighs...
