Sighs..Today mark the last day of work for my dearest assist supervisor, peichin ...we will certainly miss you and all the best for your new job...
Today is an extremely busy day for us although we have sufficient staffs but mainly are ad-hoc ..We just received 293 ctns of sales assortment at around evening time , and pc's custs drop-by for reservation...Although,there are a lot of ad-hoc assisting us but there is a limit which they can help us on , like cashiering, opening ctns etc... I just hope my friends and customer don't drop by at the time...
These temp staffs are really clueless on what are the things that can be done or not.. For example, for me I won't mind if they would want to reserve items but as long as it does not affect the work...They are being employed to assist us in our dept and not just to reserve their own stuffs !!!
At the end of the day, my anger really boiled up when one of the staff threw a cup of bubble tea which customer had left behind... Least she/he make the effort to clear the rubbish on the sale floor but he/she seem to be blind as there is liquid leftover... the liquid was dripping out from the cup onto the floor and cabinet basically because the rubbish chute is already filled to the brim !!! In the end , pc and me need to clean the mess as everyone had went off and my mouth was like nagging non stop ...lol....easily feel frustrated and showed out ...all the best to the all staffs I won;t know who will be the 1st one to be my victim...

When back home then realized that I had forgotten to complete tasks assigned my supervisor and colleagues ...like confirming stock @ POS , printing out pricing and downloading pathfinder... Sighs...Tomorrow sure get nagging from them...

Conclusion:
(1) If you have the manpower but didn't make use of it(train them up) ,it will only become meaningless...they will only be adding problems.
(2) There must really be a person in-charge of reservation
(3) At least a staff must be available to lead the rest of the ad-hoc staffs on the sale floor while the rest are attending to their regulars and busy..E.g: hanging, folding...etc
(4) if there a need only assign ad-hoc staff they are hardworking inside store room else instead of doing the tasks given they might ended up messaging , chatting or shopping !!!! At least if they are station outside, we can still can keep an eye on them and avoid them from slacking inside as sale floor will certainly be extremely busy for these few days...
