The trend for this week: Customers will dropped-by and try out the maximum clothes allow for fun !!!
There are 3 idiotic customer encountered today...
1st: There is a long queue @fitting room and suddenly one customer wants to alter the pant which she going to buy...Mountain at Fitting room ,sales flr messy everyone busy therefore i rejected her and informed her to come down on another day but she say one of the staff told her can alter but can't she use her brain and think??? There is no queue at FR and less crowded !!!Since she say our staff say can so must alter for her but who knows that she is so fussy !!! Keep insist to be 39" expect me to pin to the length when she wearing on it !!!
2nd: Encountered by Joanne,Customer want to try a white shirt which the size isn't display out so Joan took for her frm stockroom and she tried and stained it with a huge patch of her makeup and wanted a new piece !!! But no more stock so she don't want it !!!
3rd: Announcement made that we will be closing in few minute time yet this particular customer still take her own sweet time ... to the extent the whole Isetan is waiting for her to go home yet she keep repeating the same qns and still can't decide to buy or not ... After Joan cane back from closing the whole level 2 counter except us , Joan tactfully ask her to reserve first as we really need to close now although can feels some unhappiness from the way she reply back when Joan asked for her name to reserve....Hopefully ,this cust will not finding someone to chat with her non-stop....
